"It is never easy when looking for help for a loved one.  You know you cannot do it by yourself.  People will make many promises about how they intend to take care of your loved one.  We were advised to check out C & J Caring Hearts.  After talking with Charlotte and Joseph, we felt we were placing our mother in good hands.  Little did we know how good they would be.   

The house they operate is a home not an institution.  Their care was personal and administered with love and pride.  Even though our mother was not able to participate in the activities, she enjoyed hearing the music and laughter throughout the home.  Never was there a time or day that we didn't feel that our mom was in the best place.  When she passed, Charlotte, Joseph, Sheryl, and Hospice were there to support us.

"I met Charlotte and Joseph Kibirango, the owners of C & J Caring Hearts, in 2013 when she began caring for my father.  Charlotte and Joseph are caring, honest, and dedicated to caring for others.  Charlotte took care of my father from 2013 to his death in 2015.  In addition to caring for my father’s home needs, Charlotte ensured my father was well-groomed, and she prepared daily meals for him.  She accompanied me to his doctor’s appointments and administered his required medication.

Charlotte is dependable and an excellent caregiver.  She was a blessing, and my father considered her a daughter and considered her a sister.  I highly recommend C&J Caring Hearts as they provide exemplary care.  You will not regret using the services of C&J Caring Hearts."

Charlotte and Joseph Kibirango were my Mothers and Fathers care givers for 6 years. When my Father passed away Charlotte and Joseph took my Mother into their home and cared for her like she was their own family. Charlotte and Joseph are very kind, loving and professional. I am filled with joy, excitement, and thankfulness for Charlotte and Joseph in achieving a dream come true as they open C & J Caring Hearts Assisted Living.  I have known Charlotte and Joseph for approximately six years. They were caretakers for my sister and brother-in-law in their last years of life. They we're truly a Godsend in our lives. My sisters was one of the most important people in the world to me. We worked and played together and laughed and cried together. I cherished her deeply. She was my best friend and confidant. In caring for her and her husband, Charlotte and Joseph always treated them professionally but took that extra step, went that extra mile to see that they were comfortable and their needs were met. When they became anxious about anything, Charlotte and Joseph were patient and calm in soothing the situation and making things better. They cared for my sister and brother-in-law as if they were caring in every aspect and situation that arose. I feel that Charlotte and Joseph are family in my heart. It is my desire if I have a choice in my end-of-life care that I can have someone who would be as caring and compassionate as Charlotte and Joseph. I have known Charlotte and Joseph for about ten years now and have seen them as my family and also excellent  care givers.  Am 99 years old and not so long ago I broke my leg this year, they took me in into their home for a period of six months and nursed me back until I was able to return home. I received excellent care and was treated as a family member in their home.  Charlotte cared for my sister until her death and we kept in touch through the years, until I needed her to come back and take care of me this year. I met Charlotte Kibirango in 2013 when she began caring for my father. She is caring, honest, and dedicated to caring for others. She cared for my father from 2013 until 2015, when he passed away. She took excellent care of my father, John Q. Adams, Sr.  In addition to caring for my father's home healthcare needs, Charlotte ensured my father was well-groomed and cooked meals. She accompanied me during his doctor's appointments at the Veteran Hospital and gave him his required medication.  Charlotte is dependable and is an excellent caregiver. The steady, kind, innovative advice and care of your staff brought skill and care to our aunt during her most trying years. As the family of the beloved Ms. Yvette who passed away in June this year, we all wanted to express our appreciation and gratitude for all that was done. For making the last moments of her life seamless and beautiful, thank you for giving her all those positive memories. We were all so impressed with the positive change in her persona as her bubbly and cheerful side resurfaced the minute she started to live at Caring Hearts. All the caretakers were so kind and helpful, and we really appreciate all the care and support you gave her. once she started living at Caring Hearts, the staff actively participated in making a positive impact in Ms. Yvette's life and were always a step ahead when it came to fulfilling her needs. Especially when it came to our routinely calls when one of us would call her, someone would always help her understand and communicate effectively as she was losing her hearing in addition to her battle with dementia. It was truly amazing to see the role that psychology plays in elderly care as the staff approached her needs with patience and always managed to make her smile, given her feisty personality. Your company is just what long distance family need to help care for an aging family member. Thank you for your professional, considerate assistance during this challenging time. Your expertise and guidance made the process less confusing. Your service is an asset to all families confronted with the reality of coordinating care for the elderly. My husband was a resident at C&J Caring Hearts Assisted Living for four months and he could not have received any finer care than he did during that time. The owners, Charlotte and Joseph, both of whom are nurses, truly care about their residents. The caretakers on duty 24/7 are friendly, attentive, and dedicated to providing a high standard of care. The personal care and emotional support and encouragement each resident receives is outstanding.

Being a small facility, the atmosphere is warm, welcoming and the common areas are conducive to promoting a sense of community among its residents. The rooms are very clean and well-maintained with modern amenities such as air conditioning, cable TV and high-speed internet. Services they offer include personal care, medication management and daily living assistance. The food is high quality and nutritious and it’s prepared right on site in the kitchen of the home.

Overall, C&J Caring Hearts Assisted Living is committed to ensuring the health and well-being of their residents. If a resident becomes ill or develops an infection, the staff will work tirelessly to provide the best possible care and support to help the resident recover and regain strength.

Everyone at C&J from Charlotte and Joseph to everyone working there are so compassionate, attentive, sweet and caring. My sister was in very bad shape when she went to C&J and was on hospice. Everyone was very sweet to her and cared for her wonderfully until she passed. It was such a blessing to the entire family to know she was well taken care of at the end of her life.
